Privacy notice
This is a concept site. The booking form on it does not send anything anywhere — there is no address behind it and no third party receiving it. Nothing you type is stored, transmitted or logged. Everything below describes how the form would work on the live site.
What the form collects
Five things: your name, your mobile number, the make, model and year of the car, which package you are asking about, and when suits you. There is nothing else on the form and nothing is gathered in the background — no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies beyond what your browser does on its own.
Where it goes
Straight to book@drumglassdetailing.co.uk as an email, read by Mark Rafferty and nobody else. It is not added to a mailing list, not passed to a marketing company and not sold. If you get in touch by WhatsApp instead, that conversation sits in WhatsApp under their terms, the same as any other message you send from your phone.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not turn into a booking are deleted after six months. If you book, the record of the work stays for six years, because that is how long the tax rules require a business to keep its invoices.
Having it removed
Ring 07700 900 418 or email book@drumglassdetailing.co.uk and ask. Anything that is not an invoice will be deleted, and you will get confirmation that it has been. You do not have to give a reason.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, have it deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are not happy with how that is handled.
