Ardan Implant Clinic.

When one customer is worth five figures and takes a year to decide, a brochure is not enough. This site is built to do the convincing while you are working.

The problem

A clinic that does one thing, where the competition is not the practice down the road but a cheap flight abroad, a set of dentures, and doing nothing at all. All three win right up until somebody sits down and explains the difference properly.

What was done
  • Published every price, including the uncomfortable ones — ranges rather than “from £X”, with what each one includes and how long it takes.
  • Built a cost calculator: three questions and the visitor gets a realistic figure and a monthly payment, before they ever pick up the phone.
  • Told six finished jobs as stories — the situation, what was suggested, what it cost, and the result — instead of a gallery of photographs that prove nothing.
What it means

People ring already knowing roughly what it costs and roughly what they want. The conversation starts at “when can you see me” instead of “how much is it”, and the people who were never going to buy have filtered themselves out.

The rest of the work

Different trades, different budgets, deliberately.

The businesses on these five sites are invented, along with their staff, addresses, prices and customer stories, so that nothing on them can be mistaken for a claim about a real business. The design, the writing and the build are not invented, and every one of them is live and can be opened.
