Why it is worth the £39.
Hosting on its own is about £10 a month from most providers, and that is all you get — if the site goes down at the weekend, it is your problem. For £39 the hosting, the domain, the security updates, the backups and the fixing are all covered, and somebody is watching it without you asking.
And if you would rather not: that is fine, and it costs nothing. The files and the domain are handed over, and help moving them to another provider is included either way. Nothing here is locked to a builder you cannot leave.
Questions
Before you ask.
How much does a website cost in Dungannon?
Between £399 and £2,990 here, paid once. A single page is £399. A full small-business website is £890. A larger site with its own design, an optimised Google listing and a published price or service list is £1,690, and a site built to sell a considered purchase is £2,990. Every price is agreed in writing before work starts, and it does not move unless you ask for something new.
Do you only work with businesses in Dungannon?
Dungannon is the base and the main focus, but the same service covers Cookstown, Armagh, Portadown, Craigavon, Lurgan, Magherafelt, Omagh, Coalisland and the places between them. If you are further away, get in touch and you will get a straight answer on whether it is a good fit.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. The office is on 33 Castle Glen Avenue in Dungannon, and for anywhere in Mid-Ulster it is usually easier to call in than to swap twenty emails. A phone call or WhatsApp works just as well if that suits you better.
How long does it take?
Up to 3 weeks for Starter, 5 for Standout and 7 for Complete, from the day the content is agreed. One week for a one-pager. The date is set before work begins. The only thing that usually moves it is waiting on photographs or approval from your side.
Do I own the website and the domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and the finished website is yours once the agreed invoice is paid. You can ask for the files at any time and take them to anyone you like.
Do I have to write the words myself?
No. You talk about the business, and it gets written up for you. You read it over and check the facts before it goes live. If you already have wording you like, it gets used.
I already have a website. Can it be fixed instead of replaced?
Sometimes. If the problem is old wording, bad photos or a page that will not work on a phone, that can be sorted for less than a rebuild. If it is built on something that is expensive to keep alive, replacing it usually costs less over two years. You will be told which one it is.
What happens after the first year?
Support is £39 or £79 a month, and it is optional. If you would rather not pay anything, the files and the domain are handed over and you can host it yourself or move it to someone else. Nothing is locked to a builder you cannot leave.
Can I pay in instalments?
Payment is split in two: 50% to book the start date, 50% on the day it goes live. Nothing is due before the price and the scope are agreed in writing.
What is not included?
Online shops, card payments, custom booking systems and professional photography sit outside these prices. Integrations with a booking or review service you already pay for are included from Standout upwards. Anything extra is quoted before it starts.
