Privacy notice
This is a concept site. The form on it does not send anything anywhere. Nothing you type is stored, transmitted or logged. Everything below describes how the form would work on the live site.
What the form collects
Your name, a phone number or email address, your dog’s name, breed and age, which service you are asking about, and anything you choose to write in the notes box. Nothing is gathered in the background — no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookies.
Where it goes
Straight to hello@moygashelgrooming.co.uk as an email, read by Ciara Hamill and nobody else. It is not added to a mailing list, passed to anyone or sold.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become a booking are deleted after six months. For regular customers, I keep your contact details and notes about your dog’s coat and temperament for as long as you keep coming, and delete them a year after the last visit. Invoices are kept for six years, as the tax rules require.
Having it removed
Ring 07700 900 263 or email hello@moygashelgrooming.co.uk and ask. Anything that is not an invoice will be deleted and you will get confirmation that it has been.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are not happy with how that is handled.
